Church Loans:
We like funding Church loans. However, our niche is making Subprime Church loans. What is a Subprime Church loan? These are loans that Banks don’t want to make because the Church property is older or it was built originally for another purpose.
Examples:
The Church property could have been a former single family residence converted to a Church, as the one in this picture you are now viewing; it could have been a former retail building now converted to a Church; a former industrial building; or an older church building with deferred maintenance. We have funded all of these and many more unusual Church properties.
